Blog: Development in Practice

Development in Practice is a blog on professional and personal growth in the development sector, which includes both for-profit and nonprofit organizations working towards social good, prosperity and peace. I share experiences of continuing to learn while juggling consultancies, work pursuits, and education, all amid fast-paced changes in political realities.

The core idea here is to continue flourishing and blooming, or at least to anticipate doing so, even in seasons meant for reroutes, reflection, and change; chapters that await all of us.

I draw on experiences from working with civil society organizations, activist groups, and policy circles from a feminist, education-advocating, and Global South solidarity perspective. As development is a practice, so too is the work I present: a craft in progress.
